Employability Skills Online, and the CD-ROM version, Employability & Work Maturity Skills2, also meet transition requirements as mandated by IDEA and the Goals 2000: Educate America Act.

Employability Skills is divided into 4 modules: Career Decision Making, Job Seeking Skills, Work Maturity, and Worker Effectiveness Skills which cover objectives for pre-employment and work maturity competency.

There are two types of lessons: skill and exercise:

Skills lessons are designed to develop the employability skills of people preparing to enter the workforce or change careers.

Exercise lessons allow students to practice skills they will need throughout their working life.

This program provides training critical to the process of selecting, obtaining, and maintaining employment.
